Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Office Arrests Opelousas Teen for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

17-year-old Kevin Anthevone Johnson, of Saint Leo Street in Opelousas, was arrested on September 15, 2026, on the following charge:



Johnson was arrested as the result of an ongoing joint investigation conducted by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations. The investigation led to the discovery of Child Sexual Abuse Material on an electronic device belonging to Johnson. 

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, and St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.

 

Johnson was booked into the Iberia Parish Jail.
